Delivery Policy
We have four delivery vehicle rolling all over the Charleston area Monday through Saturday. We offer guaranteed same day deliveries if the order is received by noon. We will contact you with any concerns regarding your delivery. Note: For College of Charleston/Hospital orders, please provide office or dorm room information. Mailing addresses such as "66 George Street" are not adequate as it is just a general mail room. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Substitution Policy
Naturally, we will need to make substitutions based on seasonality, weather, transportation, quality and market conditions. The color scheme and theme of your arrangement is important to us and we will do everything we can to preserve the overall style. It is never our intention to reproduce a natural design, instead we strive to preserve the temperament of each design.
